Island Properties, is the brainchild of experienced property agents, Cecil McCarthy and Alan Attard. Island Properties is the product of rebranding carried out in 2015 over the previous brand name, McCarthy Rentals. McCarthy Rentals was initially a family run business, founded in 2010, with the main aim of connecting property owners with the right tenants and vice versa throughout central Malta.
With the client base in Malta quickly outgrowing the property base, Cecil decided to set up McCarthy Rentals. In the last few years, the team has grown to offer an increasing range of properties for rent, all over the islands of Malta & Gozo.
