  • Organise a meeting for the signature of the Tenancy Agreement.
  • Collect your payment for the 1st month’s rent payable in advance, the guarantee/deposit and our agency fees.

6th Step  – Moving in

Once this is done, the owner will hand over the keys to your new home or office.  If your property is supervised by a property manager, you will be given the contact information needed. Our services do not stop here, however. If you need any help settling in, your agent is just a call away. We do not see our clients as numbers, but new friends.
