- Pick references from the referees you have presented (if the property owner requests them)
- Organise a meeting for the signature of the Tenancy Agreement.
- Collect your payment for the 1st month’s rent payable in advance, the guarantee/deposit and our agency fees.
6th Step – Moving in
Once this is done, the owner will hand over the keys to your new home or office. If your property is supervised by a property manager, you will be given the contact information needed.
