Job Description

Island Properties are expanding and are seeking two part time OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS to join the team and help maintain our front office.

The chosen candidates would be expected to work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week minimum, on weekdays between 10:00 and 14:00 as well as 14:00 and 18:00. Individuals who cannot offer at least 20 hours per week at those times need not apply.

This job calls for an organised person who can be assertive yet friendly and approachable. The ideal candidate must have ability to multi-task, have excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English) and be goal-orientated. The perfect applicant would have a keen eye to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as computer savvy. The possession of a valid driving license and own transport is considered to be an asset.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and dealing with drop-in clients.
  • Office administration and general correspondence.
  • Maintaining the office.
  • Preparation of contracts
  • Setting of appointments
